About Me
My name is Steven Bennett, and I’m dedicated to helping individuals take control of their careers and achieve their professional aspirations. With over a decade of experience in workforce development and social services, I have had the opportunity to assist countless job seekers in overcoming employment barriers and reaching their career goals.
Having previously served in various leadership roles, including Program Manager and Operations Supervisor at with WIOA Title 1 Services, I’ve developed a deep understanding of client assessments, case management, and team leadership. Now, as the founder of SM Career Services, I bring that expertise directly to you, providing customized career development services to help you succeed in today’s competitive job market.
At SM Career Services, I’m passionate about helping clients craft their story through effective resume writing, prepare for critical interviews, and create a plan for long-term career success. I also offer specialized resume writing workshops to help job seekers gain the skills needed to build compelling resumes that stand out to employers.
I am a member of the National Resume Writers’ Association (NRWA), National Association of Workforce Development Professionals (NAWDP) and the Professional Association of Resume Writer & Career Coaches (PARWCC)
