My name is Steven Bennett, and I’m a Certified Workforce Development Professional (CWDP) and commissioned Notary Public (CO) dedicated to helping individuals take control of their careers and achieve their professional aspirations. With over a decade of experience in workforce development and social services, I have guided countless job seekers through every stage of their journey—overcoming employment barriers, sharpening their professional narratives, and securing roles that align with their goals.
Having served in leadership roles such as Program Manager and Operations Supervisor for WIOA Title I Services, I’ve honed my skills in client assessment, case management, and team leadership. Now, as the founder of SM Career Services, I bring that expertise directly to you, offering personalized career development solutions designed for today’s competitive job market.
